RULE Patents Act 1990 (Cth) s 15 PROVIDES a patent can be granted to a person who is ONLY IF s15(a) applies OR s15(b) applies OR s 15(c) applies OR s 15(d) applies

RULE Patents Act 1990 (Cth) s 15(b) PROVIDES entitled to have the patent assigned to the person
RULE Patents Act 1990 (Cth) s 15(c) PROVIDES derives title to the invention from the inventor or a person mentioned in subsection (b)
RULE Patents Act 1990 (Cth) s 15(d) PROVIDES is the legal representative of a deceased person mentioned in subsections (a), (b) or (c)
